Spawn is indeed a dark enough guy to fit and kill and be killed without it being a stretch... Cape grabs and chain attacks would be easy to come up with variations..
SC made no sense for him to be in it just didn't fit... This would work..
I'd be okay with the pass having Spawn and Jason..

The red velvet thing really is making a lot of sense. Spawn's cape is a big deal. I hope it's the case, he's my first pick for a guest character. And McFarlane saying "They Could" instead of "They are" would be an easy way to deflect an interviewer from his NDA.

Fuck it, time to nerd out.

Variation 1: Necroplasm - Zoning based attacks utilizing Spawn's finite hell power. Special bar of meter governs these specials. Looks like this


Variation 2: K7-Leetha - Spawn's symbiotic costume becomes agitated giving him new special moves utilizing chains, spikes, and cloak.

Variation 3: Al Simmons - Utilizes Spawn's pre death covert op training. Trading hellpowers for more traditional gun and weapon based attacks.

Cool if it happens, it'll be Scorpion 2.0 with the chains and all lol.

I also want Predator, Terminator or Mike Myers! But I know they're all not going to be in it.
