Remove Battery from PS4 Controllers! T/Os Read

Are ya' ready for MK11 kids?!
Can anyone that has used both ps3 and ps4 controller tell which one they like better. I need to order one for PC.
I think the PS4 controller is a much better multi-purpose controller but I still have mixed feelings about using it for fighters. I might need to break into it more.

Sony put out a firmware update so that you can use it wirelessly on PS3. You have to register it through Bluetooth in the accessory settings. But because of the D-pad issue, it's not worth using wirelessly for fighters unfortunately.
Ah I see, still, knowing this would've made watching animu at 4AM a lot easier.

I would only be using this controller for MKX, I prefer Xbox pad for general gaming. I really liked the PS3 pad for mk9 it felt really good. What about the ps4 pad has not convinced you?

I'm going to be buying one tonight so I can break it in on my PC. I hope its better than the PS3 and more like the PS2 Pad.

D-pad feels a little tight for me. Then again, it could be because as far as Playstation controllers are concerned, I've been using the same D-pad since 1996 and I've only had the PS4 controller for 2 months lol.

The PS4 controller feels better. It is just more solid in the hands. I like the shape a lot better. What I don't like about the PS4 controller is that they moved the central buttons away from the center and more off to the sides. The result has been that, particularly during heated moments of gaming, I find myself hitting the Share button or Options button by mistake, especially when using the D-pad. I don't really want game-freezing buttons closer to the controls. Of course, I just got the PS4 recently, so I'm not entirely used to it yet. Hopefully, I will get used to it and stop it, but it has happened more than once.

For this reason alone, I would highly recommend that anyone who is used to a PS3 controller, but plans to use a PS4 controller in competition to get the PS4 controller early to practice with it.

Agreed. I absolutely love the PS4 controller.--it's more comfortable than the PS3. Slimmer and lighter. I prefer playing with a tournament stick overall since I'm an arcade kid, but transporting a massive tournament stick plus cosplays across the Pacific Ocean is just too much. Assuming I can make it to Evo again this year, I'll bring the PS4 controller instead.

Thanks man that was the kind of details I was looking for. The only FG I play on pad is MK I just don't like block button and with the addition of the run I think pad may be the better choice for me. I will be using the pad on PC so If i decide to get the PS4 hopefully I can disable all that share button stuff. Is the controller bigger or smaller in general? My only complain about the Ps3 was it felt like a childs toy in my hand.

It definitely feels different. When Injustice became free on PS+ I couldn't seem to jump diagonally forward for a while. Felt well odd!
