I think that would look super unique aesthetically to make him fly at you like a mad man, although it might lead to balance issues. Will be the first character I try unless a later reveal (Kenshi/Tak/Shinnok) changes that.

My thoughts:

Awesome stream:

Ermac looks awesome.

Fuck the haters, you suck and nobody cares what you think.

I don't believe Ermac is "evil" but confused as he has Kahn's soul and Jerrod's, hence him saying "We oppose the Emperor"

LOL@ people saying Ermac is the top tier in the streams!

Kung Lao still looks annoying as fuck.

Sub-Zero getting a really big Kuai Liang vibe from him, Bi-Han's style wouldn't say "yet you have no heart" when he sure as hell didn't even as Sub-Zero before Noob.

New stage is cool.

Ermac fucking owns! I shall main him again!

The funny thing is I used Ermac in MK9 and Hawkgirl in Injustice when I played injustice haha, that's fate telling me "You must use Ermac again!" lol

Ermac has a good overhead and lowstarter this time! Yes.

That fatality=just wrong.

Prepare to be zoned!:D

BTW, I'm not talking about people who "wanted someone else" I'm talking about those who flat out said "I hate Ermac" I'm a fan, so sue me ;) pretty sure majority were pleased.

I dunno what some of you are hating on Ermac, this Stream was awesome, and i think NRS did a pretty good job moving him away from the Ninja design, he looks more like a dark entity with his own powers and a lot going on for him.

His move set is very intriguing and open a lot of oportunity for a diverse zoning play, who ever hates on Bernie here needs to clean his retinal aids. 10/10 work colt.

That throw teching comment you brought up has me curious. Wasn't it said that teching was like MK9? So what stops players from mashing out a tech attempt? Even if it's 50/50 as far as forward/back... still reduces your odds of finishing the combo.

Can't think of a deterrent off the top of my head.

I thought the stream was awesome and I love the new design of Ermac.

Love this new old man Kung Lao. He's looking really good. I see him having setup for days with swag combos.

God job NRS, this game keeps looking better and better.

dislike: He's thin as fuck. His costume is far below the scarecrow one... and his mk9 ones.
His fighting stance. Ugh.

Kung Lao: Everything about him looks awesome. Awesome strings. Awesome throw, fatality and x-ray.

Sub-Zero is Bi Han. Noob Saibot is out.

Pretty sure Paulo has stated throw techs will be like MK9
I like the idea of my opponent having to deal with a mixup between going for breaker and having to tech the throw :)

Ermac looks sick, I can't wait. Used him as a secondary in UMK3, MKD, and MK9
