thats how it works phosferrax and why would you miss time it by 3 frames? lol on lan its even better and easier than online, ssf4 work on 1 frame links lol. were lucky to get so many. and d1 is -13 phosferrax. it doesnt work like you think you see the active frames and once the active frames are over the negative on block begins so you have time to react lol
I'm sorry but you are not explaining that match up correctly. You need to watch someone like foxy play it to understand that match up properly to be honest. I respect your opinion but honestly man it's not as easy as you think for smoke, I promise you.

I am going to have to disagree with you here. Xsmokex is a very good smoke who just didn't get to travel as much. Also RM Atk (aka Cameron) is a good smoke as well and he has only been playing mk9 for a year about. Obviously wafflez got the best results and deserves respect but we can't say there are no other good smokes because not everyone goes out to events (and some only can go to a very few).
Smoke players getting away with multiple d1's on block has nothing to do with them not playing fundamentally or not knowing frame data. We understand how minus d1's are, but the reason this strategy works is the threat of smoke bomb being cancelled and trading with someone pressing buttons/punishing. The trade is basically never in Smoke's opponents' favor so people are not quick to let off block. Multiple d1's is a who will blink first guessing game, and a legit strategy. If you have the balls to guess right and punish every single one that is not cancelled into SB then you da man. Try to punish when the SB comes out and get bodied. Block the Smoke bomb and only a handful of characters can punish it consistently. It is up to the Smoke player to know who he can and can not bully this way, or at least accept the risks of doing so.
If a smoke player wants to play that game against me, they can be my guest.
Y'know there'd be some actual footage of you playing competitively in a way people would notice if you actually turned up, MK had a good couple of years of consistent good turnouts but you were never there, you had the chance and you missed it. Not being a dick, just saying it how it is.
Yeah I absolutely would just like I would against anyone else. If you are punishing every d1 that is fine...then you are just going to start eating smoke bombs off the first d1. I will be your guest I suppose.
