To be fair, some of us have been literally supporting this game for decades, we've kept this game going after the arcades died, we kept boon and co in gold plated diapers when midway t was on life support, and have defended this series for years against all the fans of other games that have been telling us we're irrelevant, so for some, yeah a certain degree of entitlement is to be expected. That said, the fact that people seem to forget that EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. coverage slows down and completely drops off during the holiday season is at this point kind of sad.
If people really wanted change, they'd start speaking with their wallets, but no one will which is how we got into this fucking predicament. Weeks and weeks of bitching about cryptic tweets and "bad" marketing but every trailer will hit a million views, gamestop will drown in preorders, and tons and tons of dlc characters will be bought, even though people will claim "nobody" was asking for them. And a year from now when they're drawing up a marketing plan for Injustice 2 or MKXI or whatever they decide to do next they'll say, lets just do what we did last time, that sure worked out okay.
BUT I'M HYPE BECAUSE SCOTLAND GETS THE NEWS FIRST HOLD THAT AMERICA!!!
