Whats up with that corner push back and those weird trades or whatever the hell happened while I was playing nwo online.

I still can't get the rom to work. I patched the file and both files are now in the rar archive. I can play the original rom and the juggernaut hack just fine, but every version of mame I have will not play TE.

I saw some weird stuff, especially involving the corner...

I sometimes have a way of making Cyrax's airthrow appear broken, even in vanilla UMK3. I now believe his airthrow might actually be broken, I'm not complaining though he needed a boost. I'd estimate that it's about 25% easier to land his corner air throw infinite.

I might make a video of using Cyrax vs the CPU. It's pretty ridiculous, I could pretty much corner infinite in every fight...I could never do that before.

Yeah there are a few things I have noticed, that make the game act kind of crazy.
Simple things like the anti-air high punch juggles don't act the same way they used to

Another weird thing I noticed, a Lao dive kick got "pushed back" like knocked out of the air, when he was in the corner.

If a jab hits, it pushes you out. No more corner infinite.
That I figured....
I clk-ed his Lao while he was jabbing me and after clk i did a spear....the spear traded with the jab, he got pushed back and I didn't gain nothing.

wouldnt be easier to reduce the stun on standing lp...that way the opponent can always duck in between jabs? I mean after all, part of the corner pressure was to catch someone opened and then cancel the jab into knee combo.

Check the rom zip. does the u63 file have like 422 bytes packed? If so, the rom isn't going to work.

There's something wrong with the ips for that file. Probably just corrupt.

U63 has like 238 kb packed and U54 has 321 kb packed I think

Konqrr, for example, you are fighting against the machine and is in danger in round 1, suppose that the machine is the Cyrax, then it kills you with HK, HK, back + HK (combo 3 hits). If such was the opposite in the same round 1, but now the machine in danger, you could not kill the machine with a combo (HK, HK, back + HK), but only with one HK.

I wonder if it is possible to increase the ability to finish "short combos" in the end of round? Thanks.

@Konqrr please pass on to the hacker:

Right now about the only thing I'd like to see is a little bit more popup/knockback on Scorpion's HP,HP,ULP combo so he could land a Teleport and then a Spear.

The timing is already pretty tight for HP HP ULP, Spear... and I think that naked Spear into that combo plus an ender is great, but I'd like Scorpion to have the option of different combos in different situations with the HP HP ULP combo.


Also, what about disabling the flag that takes opponents out of the "stun" from a spear when you leave the ground? Sub-Zero can freeze, SUJK into combo, I'd love for R.Smoke, H.Smoke and Scorpion to be able to do this as well since they're kinda similar in how they disable your opponent.

I'd like to see someone post a video of this:

HP, HP, ULP, Teleport, Spear, combo ender. I can't do it, but again, I'm not saying that if I can't do it that it can't be done. I'm saying that I'd like to SEE it performed.

If it CAN'T be done, I think Scorp's ULP needs a bit more knockback to allow the Teleport, Spear to connect. I think that will make him more dynamic and allow people to be more creative with combo situations instead of just doing HP HP ULP, Spear.

Kang's low FB, would it make sense for it to hit low?
Air throw for Sheeva? (I'm only semi-serious here)
330 frame invis for RSmoke? (Definitely serious here :D)
With all his current changes, does HSmoke really need his air-throw taken away? (Maybe troll, maybe not)

1 more low attack definetly won't be excessive
did anyone think about changing HUD elements' position?it kinda disturbs me that i can't read the part of lifebar covered by character's name

Also, Sektor's 2nd TPU, is it just me or, apart from looking fucking awesome, is it essentially useless? Am I missing something here? 1% more damage?

Mileena's roll isn't a low? Whaaaa?

Why are you asking for buffs for characters that don't need them? Sheeva is stupid good, an argument can be made that she could be nerfed. Mileena's roll is already extremely good in this game, now it needs a buff? HSmoke is still really good, especially with the addition of invisibility, he doesn't need an air throw.

I hate how jokes don't work in text form :D

For realzies though, (my opinion) Kang's LFB should hit low, as should Mil's roll (if there was some way of making it "less" good) and RSmoke's invis is too long (coming from an RSmoke main, I think it should be reduced to match hS & Reps)
