MMH has the same thing going on, Sinestro has ways to catch a dash with projectiles too. Same with Raven.

He just had a means to punish a dash with a projectile AND a mindgame to stop people gaining ground so much. , which isn't too much to ask really. Dontay please.

Now his guns are kinda limited considering you can just block one and take your free dash all game until you get close. (If you need to).

These characters struggle to break down opponents in the neutral game but are capable of performing high bursts of damage. On the correct guess, they can force repeated mix ups, but they have some very difficult match ups

Then why is Joker not in the C tier? His neutral game is better than almost everyone mentioned in D + C combined and his burst damage is equal to grundy's once he gets started.

3 out of 4 of the S tier characters are DLC characters in a reasonable tier list. I suppose in MKX we can just stream line the process and have players pay to get bigger life bars.

EDIT- I think Joker should be C-Tier, and Hawkgirl & Zatanna should definitely be B-Tier. They both have similar MU charts to Nightwing.

I don't agree with the placement of the flash , i think he is a better character then bane superman and sinestro. Apart from that its a good list.

I honestly think both Harley Quinn and Killer Frost should be around D tier. They're both pretty bad, have irrelevant zoning, lose majority of their MU's and can't truly open up their opponents.

Edit- Zatanna might also be D tier.

I agree with everything this is a freat list. The only changes the i would make are moving joker up 1 and maybe moving zatanna up 1 (imo she's underrated)

She's only underrated because most people don't take the time to figure her out. I think they've got her in the right tier.
