Regardless of what you think the outcome will be it wouldn't be that hype anyway. Viscant and LTG went way beyond the game and it shown. That's the only reason why it was hype. They were ready to throw punches and were getting personal. It wasn't about the game and that's the difference.

Let's be real though, LTG may have started it, but Viscant isn't totally innocent in all this. I agree personal attacks are pretty scumbag but he's lucky he didn't get knocked the fuck out for his racial joke.

But, props to both for settling it within the game.

I personally hate when people use ad hominem attacks against others based on the way they look. In the FGC, there's all different ethnicities, weights, heights, sexual orientations and even fashion styles that should be celebrated for diversity. Making fun of someone because they care less about how they dress or about working out is just low class. LTG comes across as a bully

There was nothing racist in the context or tone either.

The insult was comparing him to DSP, the fact that he's black is just that: a fact. It in no way suggests that his ethnicity is somehow inferior, shameful, or related to his skill. There was nothing remotely racist about the comment because in no part of it is he using LTG's ethnicity as an insult. LTG is black and he plays/acts like DSP; therefore, he is like a black DSP. If there's anything that should concern you or offend you it's that one person is calling another that they don't even know a "no-life, drug-addicted virgin covered in piss."

I'm glad Viscant won. I didn't really like that LTG guy very much. When LTG got up in his face and threatened him, it really threw off his game for those first few matches. Viscant looked really rattled at how close that confrontation got to escalating into physical conflict. I can sort of relate to him too because I look stoned all the time when I also work two jobs and give plasma. It's tough stuff, the only difference is that Viscant is actually a really solid player (especially for a game he doesn't play so much) whereas I just hide behind that excuse when I get bodied all the time. XD

I said they were both wrong, but bringing someone's race into it is a big deal. LTG was clearly offended by it and even explained why he found it so offensive. If you're too ignorant to even understand what he's saying then we're done here. No explanation or reasoning will change your mind.

Well, I'll start off with saying that SF is boring. Then, we have the two archetypal figures going at it in what is stereotypical banter and a horde of goons eating it up. The insults weren't even good and people have been saying this shit about Viscant for years. Fuck you WNF. LTG is a bitch in almost every way.

Low tier god look so upset that he lost. After all those personal insults to Vascant he could not back it up. Then gets mad and tried acting like the victim when Vascant shot back. That was what made it epic.



Boy does this place not look like a friendly environment to play games at. If things like this start happening they may need to start banning people from it.

Sorry, man, you lost to someone's 2012 Blanka that doesn't even play anymore when that's you're main game. It's a blowup no matter how you try to spin it.

just because the character won evo doesn't automatically make her top tier, even if she is top tier its because of match up's/character tools. not tournament wins, besides that what does the gamertag have to do with what character they choose? do you only play as snake style characters lol

low tier god implies you mostly play low tier characters.
I see the viper in the name as being dangerous/poisoneous or at least wanting people to see you that way.
just like having king on your name probably means that you think of yourself as the best(even when it's far from the truth).
