The best deathstroke players in MIT and King hippo have done well. I'm not sure if slips still goes to majors. I'm also sure that Arma and King could place top 8 consistently with Deathstroke if they really wanted to. Plus he has no 3-7 match ups.
Because most pros will say their main is not good so they can get props for placing well. Even ego-maniacs need positive re-enforcement

The real issue is we only get about 2 yrs for our games where everyone goes hard, so ppl get set in stone on who is this and who it that. Realistically speaking, 2 yrs is way too little for a fighting game lmao. Also I feel lots of ppl dnt know how to fight batman properly as well, ppl need to check out DJT, 16 Bit, Jupiter, and etc. and see how to play vs batman. #YEEAAAPP

I think she has less holes than Batman. I guess the obvious thing to point out is that Batman has better zoning, and that's fair, but she does better in the footsie game, has better range on her normals, 50/50's, better pressure (pretty much every Batman string has holes), frame traps for days, better wake-ups, a better corner game and a better oki game. I also think she's better defensively and has a better anti air. Batman is way too reliant on his trait by comparison too.
Every top player who picked Deathstroke has done well with him (Slips, Hippo, MIT). He just doesn't have the same representation as Batman, who is/was played by King, REO, Arma, PL, etc... at various points in the game's life.
I agree, but the whole "every Batman string has holes in it" thing applies to WoWo too. Everything Wonder Woman does except for b1 into d1, or b11 into d1 has an interruptable gap in it.

Yeah man, I don't play either character, it could be that the WW players are underperforming, and she's better than BM. But, uh, as a Bane player and someone who sees BM in way more top 8's, my perspective shows BM as better.
Yeah there's something to be said for Batman's results. I think part of it is the fact that he doesn't have any handicap match-ups other than Aquaman. And like I said, a bunch of great players have played him.
I agree, it's too bad that this game is supposedly going to die in 6 months. I hope we find out stuff like this before mkx.
His lame game isn't good anymore, costly mix-ups, no air control, people finally learned to blow up his wake-ups. Hard MUs against a fair amount of top 8.
