NOW ITS 8:30pm. PLUG MY ETHERNET CABLE INTO MY MODEM AND CAME TO FIND OUT THEIR A YELLOW (!!) ON MY SIGNAL.

I was on the phone with verzion at 9:50 trying to fix my internet issues. They said they will come tommorw and fix the issue.
