, well all his moves are his worst moves, he has one good move, 
I don't use it for any swag combos, However I do use it (whenever I remember it) when they are low on hp and I can't reach them with a unclashable move, gets the job done. so I guess its useful in some ways, but imo still not that good compared to other moves you can do while they are caught in a mine, even to trait up is more useful
Right, he needs that move considering his 113 doesn't really work when he's coming down for a crossup or rushing down someone with trait armor, most smart people would just duck his 113 before he gets to the overhead 3 and footsie his armor away. not useless.
