Hi all,

There was a patch released today for Injustice on PC that fixes problems with online gameplay and framerate, here are the details:

  • Fixed issue related to players not being visible in rooms
  • Fixed the invite system to address simultaneous invites and invites that arrive after the player has started entering a match
    o Note: This fix changes the system so that invites arriving after entering a match or actively matchmaking are ignored
  • Fixed a desync when using chat in Big Picture mode
  • Fixed framerate issue related to cutscenes

NetherRealm and Warner Bros. are releasing a patch today for Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition to fix a bug that locked the framerate to 30 FPS after pausing and unpausing the game.

Thanks to the Steam community for identifying this problem in the recent game update.

I am currently downloading the patch (1.3 GB), I really hope this fixes my problem of rooms being always empty. I will confirm if it works.

EDIT: I still see no one in rooms, maybe at the moment there really is no one online, which has been the case for Injustice on PC for the last couple of months.

Well it does a peer to be working. Just have to remember that this is the first day for the patch with no announcement. Just hope they fix the controller setting reseting bug.

That isn't PC-specific though, so I doubt they will.
Still, patches are out and I can proceed to hold that as I didn't believe such possibility.

OT: It appears that my video works better now. I haven't tested online mode yet though.

I guess everyone that had problem before are still have the same problems. But I think most people are just setting the graphic setting to high.

It totally fixed the Arkham Asylum slow motion bug fix and now the game is perma-slow for me unless I play with someone online who doesn't suffer from this bug.

We should try to play. I don't know why I don't have you on Steam anymore, I'll re-add you.

So, tried the game online recently. I've set graphics on its lower end and disabled v-synch. Works fine and even though people online are marked with red icons to me, I could still play with them.

There are just another problem left, one being controls resetting in KOTH. Anybody has any ideas on how to avoid them, aside from getting used to default controls ofc?

Do you use keyboard or a pad?

I use KB. Perhaps, that's the problem here. Default KB controls aren't really great IMO.

Yeah default configuration sucks. Try using a pad emulator and map the keyboard layout to a pad, so the game thinks you are using a pad not keyboard. A bit unorthodox, but the game won't reset your buttons configuration.

BTW I totally agree on using keyboard instead of a pad. It gives you a hitbox-like feeling and to me it sounds a lot more sensible to use all your fingers instead of just two thumbs. I used keyboard for a while when MK was first released on PC, but at that time I played both on PC and PS3, and I had to be consistent with both, so I ended up buying a PS2 pad.

This inspired me to figure out another solution. I mean, I can make a separate profile for my KB with "default IGAU keys" mapped to what I use and just switch to it on the go if I encounter the issue. Thanks for the idea.

Tbh I use KB mostly because that's all I had back then when MKKE was released (still the case though) and I figured that it works well enough for me so even if there are better options, that won't matter on my level anyway.

the config bug happens on console aswell?

That's just it before the patch I would do the stage transition bug to remove the slow motion bug and now after patch that no longer works and I'm perma slow motion :(

Yeah they fixed the perma-slow motion issue after the latest patch.

Btw my frame rate starts off crappy but if I pause it goes back up. Has anyone experienced this after the update?
