I'm the only Harley player who can control her trait. :p

Harley needs a faster Overhead, MB Silly slide like Deg said, and either her Tantrum 1 or the Tantrum roll be neutral/safe on block

Also, now that I've got my serious suggestion out of the way:

Green arrow also needs a MB version of hurricane bow that's advantage on block and does 10% chip damage, 20% on hit. It doesn't even need to build 3/4 of a bar like Trident rush does, though I wouldn't say no to it.

Zod needs his 1f air dash back. Ok no he doesn't but it was cool while it lasted.

Poison (USF4) NEEDS her hitboxes to be fixed and her links to not randomly whiff on handfulls of characters (seriously I feel like I need to write a handy reference guide on what works on who and take that to tourneys).

Joker NEEDS his whiff issues fixed, for parry to work as both a wakeup and a reversal (Like every other parry in the game), less startup on his walk speed and for good measure let's add +10 to teeth blockstun in hopes of making plus frames relevant :joker:

Shazam needs one safe command grab that hits both high and overhead and Harley needs a faster overhead Catwoman needs straight whip hitting overhead and MB launches for full combo.... ( Yea Im pretty much obsessed with stuff hitting overhead..lol)

WW needs Air Bracelets(cmon its fucking Wonder Woman), and a reeducation for sword stance cuz apparently she forgets she can still fly and has super strength.

HG needs a dictionary so she isn't just squawking all day
