Maximilian Thinks the Xbox Version of MKX Will Get a KI Guest Character

A KI character sounds really hype and exciting but this would primarily appeal to the fighting game community.

People who like KI is a much smaller target market, and when the whole point of a guest character is to bring in casuals it makes a lot more sense to bring in Master Chief.

Yeah...but context kind of matters here too. It's not simply blind greed, there are other aspects. Max is right - Fulgore would make a lot of sense to put in, he fits. Master Chief doesn't really fit and neither does Marcus.

I will continue to pray to the elder gods that the console exclusive characters are just timed exclusives that will later be on both characters. It's the only way I would even care about the character on my own console choice, ps4.

Okay, I could kind of understand posting his videos when he parrots back things we already know, because you guys think it's good to keep news afloat for a couple of days, like when you front-paged the Kano leak, then you front-paged Max's opinion on the Kano leak right after.

That's stupid but I guess it has a point.


This though, this is less than nothing, you might as well front page everyone's opinions and speculations.

Who is this video for? People who watch and like Max are already subscribed to him.

People who are interested in speculation and have ideas for guest character have already read and looked at the multiple speculation threads.

When I see MK vids from Max in my sub-box I get butthurt in advance because I know TYM is going to slap it on their front page for no good reason. Something about a Mortal Kombat news and discussion site posting straight up opinions on their front page, which should be reserved for updates and news about the games and the tourneys and other things related to those of actual importance, really irks me.


Yeah I know it doesn't hurt anyone, but I just think it's kind of dumb and pointless.

Here's to hoping that the PS4 exclusive character will be Joel from The Last of Us. Better yet, it would be more Godlike if it were Ellie. The gore should fit the MK atmosphere just fine. :)

I don't really like any of the KI characters enough to want them in MKX.

Except for maybe Cinder or Glacius, but no chance for either of them, instead we would probably get stupid ass Jago.

How does Marcus not fit in? Gears of war was known for it's blood and gore, so making up some B.S. story about how he is involved in MKX wouldn't be that hard to do.

The problem with the main character from Bloodborne is the character will most likely identify like your characters did in Demon's/Dark Souls. That is, they have no identity. You as the player build them up. Put in the T-800 then. Isn't there a new terminator movie in the works?
