The same case could be made for Ermac, Reptile, and Noob. Those 4 characters are overwhelmingly the most mentioned as far as replies go.

But because he mentions tons of characters, judging merely by the amount he mentions one isn't a solid enough hint. Its more of just a hope.

As time goes on i think her chances are getting slimmer and slimmer.

I officially don't think she'll make it in after the latest "DLC chars will likely not make it back" thing and the minimal mentionings on Ed's twitter.

Added the recent Kitana+Liu pic to the tally from this morning.

I also had a thought this morning...

Judging by this info, I'm willing to bet Mileena WON'T be on yhe main cast but instead be the first DLC character.

Calling it now on Aug 16th 2014.
I'll getting this back up when/if I need to.

I'll take it one step further with my prediction after thinking through this current info:

12 returning characters:

Quan Chi
Johnny Cage

The rest will be new or from Mk4-MkA.
(Sonya dies somehow around the time of Cassie's birth)

First DLC:
Mileena

Check the original post on the front page dude. After Kitana being the most mentioned character by Ed by a significant amount, and Mileena literally never even coming into discussion at all.... I just really really doubt that Mileena would make it in over Kitana.

Ed knows what he's doing. People submitting tons of Mileena questions and fan-art pics and he doesn't reply to even one, its fishy. He instead replies to the same few characters mentioned by others over and over like Kitana, Ermac, Noob, and Reptile.

It just really doesn't sound like a coincidence to me.

Famous model and America's Next Top Model winner Adrienne Curry did a cosplay at ComicCon recently of Mileena that was allllllll over the news. He doesn't even acknowledge it even when tons of people tweet it to him.

Its on purpose.

I agree, most probably it's on purpose. But not because Mileena will not be in MKX...because he wants to make you think Mileena will not be in MKX. Boon doesn't like beeing obvious to fans.

Conclusion: That fact that Boon doesn't reply to Mileena tweets means nothing to whether or not she will be playable in MKX.

Yea man, I seriously feel it.

They probably are doing it for 2 reasons.

1. She just doesn't fit into the story they want to tell.

2. Much like Rain in Mk9 that was cried for nearing the release of the game, before all the characters were leaked, it built hype for DLC.

If Mileena isn't in the roster and people start realizing it near the release of mkx. Everyone will buy her DLC, lets be real.

One of the ninjas will get revealed next and they'll leave Liu and Kitana as one of their last reveals because they have to explain why they aren't dead anymore.

People will realize that Mileena isn't in at the final moments, chaos will insue.

Wouldnt be surprised if Liu/Kitana are not revealed at all, but are unlockable Characters. Because both technically died in MK9.

I also got the feeling that one of Noob, Ermac or Reptile wont make it into the Main Roster.

So you think the DLC hype strategy will be used on one of those three instead? Interesting stuff. It wouldn't surprise me if that was the case.

If Mileena is in then I'd suspect she will be one of the next 2 returning characters they'll reveal because of the media blackout on her.

It's weird because I could say that Baraka hasn't been mentioned either and that'd be a positive for my argument because he'll likely not make the roster, but then again Quan Chi has been mentioned just once and he'll more than likely be in so that'd work for you're argument.

Cyrax and Sektor were also mentioned just once but their mention was huge because it was a hint. That'd also play into you're argument.

But i just don't know. I guess we'll see lol. I just like seeing other people's points of view on this because there is definitely something deliberate going on by Ed regarding Mileena.

Yeah i think one of those 3 + Kung Lao will be DLC for sure and either Mileena or Kitana and possible Smoke.

I really hope that Skarlet makes it somehow in but i think if she would be in neither Kitana or Mileena would be in the Main Roster.
