Its those who prepare for the worst that end out the best. If we make it to the end of this war, I'll want those back.
But otherwise, better safe than sorry. Its my job to protect you kids, you're my family. Family sticks together.

Things have taken a horrible turn...


Lieutenant @AeroGrunt .......is dead....






...tired. He's dead tired from all the work he's been putting in. He captured a key alien for interrogation and examination in a mission that was critical as it was already.


@Indecisive 's lack of combat experience sent him into a panic during a sensitive mission, which almost got him killed. Thankfully he pulled through, and I shall outfit him with better gear, but this has brought the issue of too many rookies without training to the surface. While @Doombawkz @Shaolin 19 are now top tier units (Doombawks uses rocket launchers AND Laser weapons and Shaolin has never not had a 1 shot kill) other units get so badly injured that they're away from combat for too long. When they return the enemy is just far too stronk.


@Qwark28 is quickly becoming my most loyal soldier, with clutch moves every single mission. He and @Youphemism were pinned down and suppressed at a gas station by the alien scum. I knew they couldn't move, but staying in place would cause the gas station to explode. Those alien bastards are sneaky little shits. Thankfully @AK Stormthegates has been doing just that: storming the motherfucking gates! He took out the targets pinning them down, and Youphemism managed to smoke bomb and escape RIGHT before the place blew up. It was right out of an action movie. Stormthegates in close range with a shotgun=GG no re.


@RiBBz22 and @AeroGrunt are inconceivably useful support soldiers, but I'm nervous at how few confirmed kills Ribbz has. Sure he has caused us to succeed, but without the XP from kills, he's still low rank enough to get slaughtered in any mission. I'll be praying for you.


@TopTierHarley was out of commission for what seemed like an eternity, but Harley's back in action. @Yoaksssss earned the nickname 'smokey', Youphemism 'Vita', Qwark 'Caper', Stormthegates 'Gunner', Doombawks 'Crater' (freaking badass) and not only is Shaolin 'spider' he is the unit that got me the last trophy I earned: For max ranking a single unit.


Though I wasn't kidding. Things have taken a terrible turn. FOUR countries left the council. I JUST got a satellite up, but I can't keep up! I'm going to have to send more rookies into battles as I can't waste time waiting on my vets in the infirmary. I NEED to act or we could lose this entire mission.



Someone is going to have to be sacrificed...



I'm scared.....

UFO landed. Not crashed. Wasn't intercepted. It landed. Meaning this will be the first encounter with the full force of their fleet unscathed.

The vagabonds are like 17 strong that I know of and they've got like 9 of the HUGE HULKING MUTON CLASS ALIENS OH LAWD!

For the folks watching at home, I've got only 6 units on this mission and due to many vets being out f commission and healing from their wounds, it takes upwards of 3-4 of us to kill 1 of that specific enemy. And I roughly counted 9. Do you think they'll sit and wait patiently for us to take them on one by one? WRONG AGAIN!

Turned off the game to go to work. Been in the fetal position thinking up ways to get myself out of this mess. I can't abort this mission...the panic level of the country will rise to catastrophic levels. But how in the hell can we make it ALL out of this alive? ..........

@AK Stormthegates @TopTierHarley @Shaolin 19 @Qwark28 @Indecisive @Youphemism : I selected you for this mission....unfortunately you all can't make it back alive. When I get home I'll do all that is humanly possible to overcome their numbers. But as I said....their numbers are just too great even for Shaolin. @Doombawkz 's rocketlauncher is out of reach and Harely's been away too long to be ready to face these behemoths. She can take out the floaters sure but I can't even back her up because of the risk of double KO via grenade. Indy is a good shot....which is why they intentionally suppress the living fuck out of him. He's still a rookie; he panics waaaay too much and may give us a friendly fire situation.
