It's arguably and I believe that Frost also could be high tier, but also it's ok for her to be at least upper mid where she is. By the way, I probably play that game more than you. So just beat it!

We were torn betwern him being just in high tier or one of the best upper mid tiers. He has some rough matchups for sure, but after further review and input from da comments, we decided he holds his own very well and has a solid set of tools ( trait, vortex, fast projectile. Etc.) that support him well against the cast overall

Almost everyone has a good corner game tbh. Black Adam's corner game can be very meter dependent compared to everyone elses. Now if only bootstomp could otg...

I do have some corner dirt with him though that I'm still experimenting with.
