I used to work in virgin megastore and have quite an eclectic taste in movies, from Shogun Assassin to The House tbat Dripped Blood. Perhaps 27 dresses is more your thang?
What does working there have to do with anything? Also if those are the two most different movies that you could think to name your taste isn't that eclectic. If you liked 27 dresses your taste would be eclectic, maybe that's what you meant?
Id argue that doing a good Bullseye is infinitley lot easier than doing a good Matt. Not to take anything away from Colin, but I can define Bullseyes personality and key traits in a few short sentences, same for Batman, Superman, Wolverine, Captain America, Norman Osborne, yet I cant for Daredevil.
I do like 27 dresses. Didn't like Watchmen because superheroes doing monologues doesn't interest me. But then I'm more into Batman, so what do I know?

I'm confused, what was immature about my statement? That's all your opinion, most everyone I have ever talked to loved the watchmen and thought it was pretty faithful to the novel. He does have his flaws as a director but ultimately it's not him writing the script is it? He does great with visuals, that's his strength and I'm sure WB hired him for that reason.
Exactly! They have an angry Superman, "grizzled" Batman, but a Wonder Woman who looks like a fragile doll? Wonder Woman should look like she's been through some serious shit in her life. Like a warrior. Who knows, maybe Gadot will knock it out of the park…but Snyder hasn't really shown to be a director who gets great performances out of his actors. First the Affleck recast, then this, THEN the announcement that Stephen Amell wouldn't reprise his Green Arrow in the Justice League movie!? Why do you spend the time, $$ and effort to build up a strong and dedicated fan base for a hero on TV, only to alienate that fan base at the cinema? The Arrow audience is guaranteed $$!!! It makes no business sense to say "fuck that" and not try to carry that base over to the movie franchise. Sorry for the rant…and…END RANT.
Eason is gorgeous, and certainly has an amazingly athletic body. And Carano has at least shown that she can shine is action scenes, and at least be passable in dramatic dialogue scenes. Snyder isn't known for filling his flicks with a whole lot of weighty emotional stuff (even the MOS father-son scenes were preachy and heavy-handed). Not sure what their thinking is with Gadot, unless they figured "here's a pretty face that we can get cheap - for a 3 to 4 film deal."Jamie Eason should have played WoWo ... Nevermind if she can act or not, she has the perfect figure for an Amazonian.
