His name almost never comes up. MIT is 100% right, people forget about Vegas.
Just because people don't kiss his ass, or he's not everyone's favorite player, that doesn't mean he's ignored. EVERYONE acknowledges his skills and he often comes up in top 8 predictions (in both games). He doesn't get discussed often beyond that because he's chill, doesn't start shit, and there's not much debate to be had about him.
In other words, take REO and PL in MK. We all talked for ages about their placement on an all time list, their rivalry, etc... CD Jr too. 16 Bit is opinionated about everything, engages in debates here, blow-ups, callouts, etc...so people will always talk about him and he'll acquire a "fan-base" (for lack of a better term) as well as "haters" (I despise this term but whatever).
Theo is super dominant so people talk about him. Jupiter plays Martian and dominated locals so people talk about him. Both guys get mentioned a lot because they're associated with two characters that people bitch about.
With Denzell, there's not much to discuss. The dude is super good. He's awesome. Everyone acknowledges it. If everyone says one person is underrated then guess what? They're not really underrated. I don't get this false narrative that people sleep on Denzell. Nobody does. But most of the talk here is centered on characters, personalities and drama. Plus Denzell isn't super active on TYM. He just minds his own business and does his thing. We respect that. We let him be, and let him do his thing, while acknowledging how good he is at doing it.
