I mean, the timeline's changed, maybe onaga comes back, but he doesnt possess Reptile's body this time, which causes him to have a different body? :D

Onaga never did possess Reptile's Body. John Vogel confirmed on his Twitter account that was a non canon storyline.

come on, why? the whole internet is on fire right now, talkin'about Raiden. Imagine what's gonna happen after his revelation!
People need to see a granted iconic character, cause at the same time they have to deal with lots of changes that MK X has to offer so far. It's a decent PR tactic i think.

Really?
I was sure that the dragon egg shooting a laser into Reptile, causing his body to transform into Onaga and later, after being defeated by shujingo separated his soul from the body, causing reptile to go back to normal was canon.
I'm thoroughly confused now.
So what the hell is canon then?
Maybe it's possible that according to John Vogel, nothing in the previous games is canon anymore? Since history is being rewritten and shit?

For it to not be canon, it appeared past the Deadly Alliance ending and went on into Deception.

It might have changed, but back then that plot point carried over from both games.

That's about right.
What all of you fail to realize is if they show completely new characters or post mk3 era characters, most of the people in attendance are gonna be like, "who the fuck is that?" I expect them to show a familiar face on top of a new one to please everyone.

...and to be honest I'm not psyched about the characters they've revealed thus far. With maybe the exception of Khan. Raiden would instantly be a character I play. Personally, I want them to bring back every single character that survived MK9, add some post mk3 era characters, and mix in some new ones. It would absolutely please everyone.

KI pools were hilarious - most of the matches were Sabrewulf vs X on Jago's stage because 1) furries and 2) nobody can be bothered to do random stage select.

Watching UMvC3 pools I discovered that the game does actually have more than 8 characters. <3 pools.

MKX reveal had better not be Raiden (or just Raiden) seeing as Raiden has already been confirmed.

edit: never mind, 300% combo (with a perfect) just happened. Hate Marvel again.
edit 2: lol another one in the same match.
edit 3: worst attempt at trying to cover the fact that you can't count to 3 currently on stream. "Stand up" "walk off" "chat to people" "switch to pad" "walk back" "switch seats"

edit 4: Apologyman just won his match 3-1. All 3 matches were whole team perfects.
