WTF are anti-Aquaman BnBs? All the MB ground laser stuffs is worthless when he has trait... Are there other ways to extend combos against him with meter besides bounce cancels?

Are there any other characters that require different combos? Any conversions get harder with smaller hitbox characters?

New tech is with IAZB conversions that use MB guns to check people for forward motion before it gets there... Which plays really scary, because if they just duck they can't really move since you can MB delay to check them for walking and still take the combo. Max damages are gonna be tough for it though because it seems to work better with higher zod balls and therefore may not work against the shorter peoples. But that's the full screen conversion, the closer you get to the opponent the lower the IAZB has to be. You can even dunk someone after getting non MB guns at a few spacings. I dunno there may be a few things in play I don't completely understand with this nonsense, so I put it out there for you peoples :)

Perhaps you could add combos involving 'background bounces', or at least which strings cancel succesfully into it?
e.g
12~int.
b23, b23, 12~int.
d1~int
112 2+3, fd, d1~int
etc.

Also I notice that most of your combos involving j2~rifle can actually fit an extra one in there for a bit of extra damage.
e.g: f21u2~slow rifle, j2~rifle, fd, j2~fast rifle, fd, 123~charge for 42% instead of just "f21u2 xx air Kryptonite Rifle, j2 xx air Kryptonite Rifle, dash, f213 xx Zod Charge = 36%"

Two pretty situational utility combos I figured out

If you're in the corner and you get a trait grab on someone (they can't be in a juggle state before the bite), this wastes pretty much enough time to get trait right back out.


If you get a raw grab in jump range or closer, you can do this shit for the meter and swag (situational but practical and mildly useful)

I noticed that all Zods on tournaments do b23,123 after mb lasers instead of neutralj2~rifle,j2~rifle,123. I believe that's because it's easier to perform even though you lose lots of damage.

Still..Zod also can do d2,j2~rifle,j2~rifle,123 which is easy to execute, gives 4% more damage than b23.
My bnb and many other Zods use b23, f2, 123~ender which I actually like a lot. It only does 1% less than the d2 one, and I find it much more reliable to do 10/10 times.

Didn't notice f2 at tournaments. Anyway d2 is kinda hard to drop and besides damage it gives more meter, have better wall carry and if ends up near the wall you can do 3rd zod ball and gives you an opportunity to use OTG interactable after (Zod ball, dash 12~interactable which garantees damage with cars and alike).
The only minus of this combo is after wall bounce you'll get at least 2% less damage then after b23,f2 one.

So I do f21u2 zod ball, ji2 zod ball but the second one sends them flying full screen. I can't convert does that normally happen?

You can't use the same speed of Zod Ball twice, so do the first one slow and the second one normal or fast.

Whenever I do f21 close lazers mb dash B23, F2,123, SUPER

The B23 wiffs. Is that normal?
 
so what about combos after a grab that elapse enough time for you to summon trait again?

best i've come up with midscreen so far, experimenting more second seems best

2 bars:
ji2 112 laser dash d2 mbslow ball jump zod ball jump zod ball dash 112 zod charge or 123 phantom hand

ji2 f21u2 jump2 zod ball jump 2 zod ball 12 mb laser dash up 123 mb phantom hand or mb zod charge, than instant zod ball

Having trouble with f2413d4, the d4 always come out as slash. I can get 1243d4 consistently though which is why I'm confused. Tips?
