If you're from Florida, you will understand.

Yoooo my fellow New Mexican desert dweller. You must live in norther NM because down here in LC it never gets below 0 in the winter, but we do have the hot ass summers with bone dry winds. That's the desert for ya... hot, dry, and windy in the summer and can get crazy cold in the winter. Huge fluctuation in tempature XD
Yo! Very cool haven't met any other NM folks on here. I'm in Albuquerque and the weather definitely gets crazy. I don't know what you play but I would love to get some games in.

Im so tired of arguing how BS the weather is in NY, in winter we get Killer Frost's cold vortex and everybody look like they're from Watch dogs

and then we get random blazing hot days

I don't really play anything at the moment. I used to get down a bunch on MK9 and a little bit on Injustice, but haven't touch Injustice in a grip. Might get back in to it, tho.

I live in South Florida and even though the temp may not be extremely high (sometimes), the humidity makes it seem about 20 degrees hotter then it actually is. 80 feels like 100 plus lol. It's swamp like.

I didn't even think of that.

But this weather is beyond retarded. While the temperatures aren't as high as they are in other places, it's the humidity that makes it unbearable.
I work for an A/C company and I am out in this heat all day. It may only be 91 or 92 but with the salt from the ocean and the humidity it's almost unbearable.

It's been hot.

Yea the weather sucks down here. There is only one season, summer, especially in South Florida. You have to endure the scorching sun, the hot and humid weather, mosquitos, and all the complications humidity brings. You cant walk anywhere, if you do, within 5 minutes your entire body becomes sticky and sweaty and your ass feels like it took a dip in a swamp. And watch out for the mosquitos, these are on a whole nother' level. Citronella and repellants wont work on them, it just pisses them off further and they suck more blood from you instead.

AC is a must if you plan on not dying of a heat stroke, but with that comes a huge electrical bill. So either go broke from preventing death or die. Good luck if you have any respiratory issues, the humidity will make them worse. Joint pains and issues? Not to worry the humidity will make sure it feels worse. Think your house won't be affected, think again, a huge portion of Florida homes develop mold, which causes health complications when breathed in for prolonged periods. Don't like showering 4-5 times a da? good luck, thats how often you will need to shower here unless you plan on smelling like swine. People wonder why floridians especially in the south seem hostile. Try living in these conditions for years and then get back at me.

Exactly. Theres a difference between 110 degree dry heat and 85 degree heat with 80-90% humidity. The bodies natural response to heat is to sweat to cool down. In dry heat, the sweat evaporates much easier and allows you to cool down. In humid heat, the air is still with no breeze and filled with moisture, so your body keeps sweating and you can never dry off, so what happens is you never cool down and you begin to feel like you are suffocating. Imagine being in a sauna all day long with the sun scorching you, thats how it feels. It makes physical work and outdoor work more difficult and makes life unbearable. There is no way you can adapt to this weather, you just learn how to make it bearable with air conditioning, proper hygiene, etc.

I agree with just about everything you said except summer being ALLL YEAR ROUND!!! You do have to admit we have the best winters in the USA.

Yes, there are times it gets in the 80's and 90's during winter but you can't beat a 10 day streak in the 60's. Also do you ever sleep with your windows open in December/January? I do. We're probably the only place in the country that need heat from Thanksgiving to Easter. Don't forget about that. It's the reason why all the snowbirds come down here...UH!!!

How does showering in that terrible water help? it smells like ass / brine right out of the tap.
