What made you choose your Tag/ Handle?

My first handle was GamerBlake90, and I am still known by that name at some sites (YouTube, for instance). It came from three ideas:

1. The "gamer" thing describes me very easily. Not much to say there.

2. "Blake" is my real name.

3. The "90" is half of my birthyear of 1990.

As of now, my current handle is AK/RM GamerBlake due to my associations with Atlanta Kombat and Ruthless Mayhem.

I remember when I was first joining tym, I was looking around the room for a username, and my ex had this murder mystery puzzle I had bought her a while back taped to the wall.
It's like a collage of a bunch of different murder novels, and the main one in the front had a girl dead in a green dress, titled DarkPage. And well yeah so I just typed it in.

When i played Monster Hunter on psp for the first time online on the xlink Kai servers ( was a big fan of the first ever PS2 OG monster hunter ) the first online hunt ever was with a japanese guy named Craten using a Heavy Crossbow , i thought the name was tight but i wanted to make it mine so i've added an H in between ( H is my favourite letter, the mute letter ) and so Crathen was born.

Well this is cool. I made my username back in 09 when I was trying to figure out a name for a blog I was trying to start up. I'm from New Orleans. "Shive" is a throwback word in the city that relates to Swag. Like a person that dresses good, and always looks good etc. I've also always been a nerd, but I didn't feel like Shive & Nerd went together so I switched it for Geek. The "Tha" was put in to make it a noun a guess. Forgive me I was a communications major before I flunked out so if that isn't a noun... lol. So yeah in 2009 "ThaShiveGeek" was created. Not as interesting as yalls though lol.

GT: xPwnGx PauLY because I wanted to make a clan since I played COD a lot before I hit puberty and started playing fighting games (no one joined it lol) and Paul Y is my irl name, I capitalised the L for swag :DOGE

I chose my handle because I have a VERY dirty mind (I make most things people say sound dirty, even if it doesn't sound like it LOL) and Euphemism (a nice way of saying something bad) was too generic so I made it my own, Youphemism ;)

Edit: I WILL get to changing my GT, it's horrendous...

My friend and brother Nelson "remix" Reyes gave me my name around the time the xbox360 came out, we got tired of me not having a tag and the first suggestion was BX iron man lol. God i miss nelson.

Back when I used to play SF3 with Q (Worst experience ever) my Tag was Catscratch.
When I signed up for my first local for Injustice, Astronout was all like "Please tell me you play Catwoman".
I just thought up something dumb on the spot since I definitely Dont play catwoman, at the local someone told me about MrAquaman and how he actually had the name before Injustice came out.

LOL I hate this name :p

I love Star Wars and Boba Fett. I'm not a bro at all by any means and am not a chet (meathead) but when it comes to fighting games, I kind of turn into these two shitty things.

Edit: Alcohol included when turning into a chet/bro. I swear, i'm a pretty nice Mandalorian.
