How many Characters should one truly play in IGAU

Well I started off using Batman. I'm still Okay with him. I then learned Joker. He's my main now. I also learned GL I was decent with him and Superman before I sold my 360 version of the game. I also learned how to play as Deathstroke. I just recently bought a PS3 and sold my vita version. Frame rate issues made it to where I couldn't even practice with MMH haha. Anyway I think you should play who ever many characters you possibly can, but I think that you'll wear yourself thin. Either be good with 2 characters, or be alright with 5. Guess it's personal preference. I will say this though... I wouldn't go to a local or tournament and use any body but Joker, and Batman.

I think this matchup is maybe 4-6 for both characters. I think people underrate how hard this is for GL...

B23 and F2 are throw immune, but none of those strings are going to end in that good of a situation for him, plus you can cancel > mb grab and beat those most of the time. There's a lot of stuff that you can armor cancel to punish too. Once you get him to the corner he's kinda screwed too. GL crumbles before he even gets close because of Zod's zoning, plus he's super vulnerable to Zod's interactable game.

I don't know about that man, she outzones him, and once he gets in her parry causes mind games with b13. Also his jump normals aren't very good at catching slide with a jump back, which is really annoying. Afaik none of her throw immune stuff is very good at all, so you can armor on her a lot.

idk, WW is weird and like everyone in the world has different matchups for her



But regardless, that's a decent amount of characters that it would be worth using Grundy for!

there's so much to learn in this game whether it's your character, different match-ups, stage specific combos, it seems like a lot to grasp with it only being 1 year into the game. it kinda depends on how much time you can put into playing this game.

But Grundy have chip trait and grab through water man's trait.

i say learn how to use everyone to a fairly high level then go all in on who suits you best .
there can only be 1 !

I always consider myself a Grundy loyalist until I get bodied by a character like HG that's just stupid. Maybe I'll run with Grundy/Sinestro for HG and GL
