USF4 Final Changes released

Street Fighter will not be fun at first. it will be frustrating and u will get bodied over and over. the execution barrier is waaay higher and footsies are waaaay stronger. Don't mean to downplay you, but getting into street fighter with no prior experience is a toughy.
I've got loads of experience of other fighters in general, including the SF series. I just don't have much in-depth knowledge about SF4+. The actual play-style though (footsie game, linking system, etc) is fine. Still expecting to be bodied as I'll be very rusty, but the style of play won't be a shock.

That was a subtle joke about Injustice being full of resets and 50/50s :)

Standing resets aren't like IGAU. A standing reset in SF still allows you to reversal out of, so your opponent has options.

You can NOT compare 3d to 2d. Completely different things, SF4 has way more different mechanics and move properties.
You can compare use of frame data and footsies, the only difference is the step-killing game. I am just saying that if you played a movement and footsies-heavy game before, SF won´t be that much of a problem. Especially if you have great understanding of frames, which 3D FGs give you.

Wait, how negative is it on block?
If I remember correctly...its as bad as rolling attack, which was -25...I think...don't quote me on that, but I do know both moves are punishable on block as is. The only people that complain about Blanka are the ones that are too lazy to learn how to punish certain moves. Either way +2 could probably help with characters that can dash in and punish.

Why you gotta break a man's heart? You do location tests where you finally turn Vega's LP-MP link from 1F to 2F and give him i-frames on his EX Scarlet terror, changes we've begged for since Vanilla, and you take them away before final release? I want to cry.

Now we have to input a command to get our mask back and you still push Vega's Super/Ultra's on us even though they're still super situational. This is why I still play Alpha 3 and CVS2. Vega was good in those games.

sf will have the same issues he did in every other version. low/mid tier just like every other version
This version still looks better than previous sims. Shit, the delayed wakeups alone should have "both" of us smiling, orrr no?

I'm actually satisfyied my Ibuki wen't closely unscratched, all her nerfs got reverted (she doesn't need it) aside from the overhead nerf.
Overall, she looks much better now, and with the Red Focus and UCD i can see the mixups possibilities in the arise.
Can't explain how i'm satisfied with this, all i can say is:

I'm so indifferent to Sakura changes,like was Capcom so scare to give her something new or give her a buff or two.Also no more post-otoshi level 3 fireball in the corner.The only plus I see is they fix her Tatsu,Shoryu, and give her another footsie tool to work with
She has tonnes to work with as is. Powerful keepout normals, a respectable anti-air, a 1-bar positive on block hitconfirmable launcher that can lead to resets, setups or an ultra, a 0 bar launcher in LP shouken, she kept runaway air tatsu for 2 iterations that Ryu, Ken and Gouki didn't, along with massive damage and stun output.
