I've seen the light, Shazam isn't a shitter.
We'll show everyone he's not bottom 5.
You cant do command grab to punish the mid teleport with Command grab cause he is in the air. :p. Also if he keeps doing B3 after OH teleport then just do B23 to Punish its fast enough.Or b2 Torpedo.

Dude that d1 into f3 was awesome! I suppose people already figure this stuff out but whatever its cool for me :p. For real though? I don't like how the teleport splashes behind martian that stuff is annoying. Like congratulations you read the teleport your two options are to teleport backwards for no punish due to online or teleport forward and get punished for your punish.

That was actually an input error, lol. That was supposed to be b23 112 AT. Online logic.

Technically you CAN forward teleport and punish it still, you can also dash forward which is more consistent.


Of course if he does normal teleport you get hit, so that's a risk.

So something I've messed around with but don't know how effective it is. After long combos that weren't launched off of HM MB, ie (F223 background bounce, B3 J3 HM MB F3) You get a splat knockdown with the opponent directly under you, I figure there may be some ways to create cross-ups off of this knockdown.

Do you have to time the f3? I remember getting a similar result where the opponent slides right under you but the combos I messed around with it had weird windows where it would work or it would knock the opponent away.

Okay so something weird happened when I was fighting Espio's Raven. She did the interactable dive kick but I countered with f2, 2 and the lightning hit her well above my actual hurtbox. How high is the hitbox on that move?

Okay, i'm pretty sure it's high (again like at least over my head) but the timing for the punish I did was pure dumb luck.

That dive kick is too fast to react to, and on read, the timing is too particular. There's practically no active frames to catch anything.

So d2 has a weird horizontal hitbox that extends pretty ahead of Shazam for a short portion of the move. For me it seems to setup tick throws really well, I hope I use that term right I never really understood it. Pretty much acting like the second hit of 2,2 on block, I just cancel into whatever grab depending the opponent stance and seem to catch them. Do you guys have similar rates of success with it? Or pretty much just use it to anti air and in specific combos?

D2 has been fucking amazing for me. I'm using it more and more and more. 9 frames, safe on block, decent combo into great oki on hit, catches jumpers, can tick throw, etc.

Once you get used to the Hit Box it is actually a pretty good D2. But if you do not understand how it hits then its like BLEH. Unlike Aquaman D2 where you can just kinda do it. Also is it really 9 Frames. ()_(). Also Its "Safe". Isnt it like minus 6 or 7. Also thanks for the D2, D2 Quick stand. i have been trying to think of how to do it for a while but couldnt figure it out.

It's only -3 actually! Way better than it seems! Let me test to make sure it really is 9 frames (I have tested the -3 thing)

I've been able to force guessing games on blocked d2s. If they block, I usually go for HM (your tick throw), if they become wise to it I torpedo. If they know both options, i'll do nothing and just let them bury themselves.
