Yeah, most definitely. I think Zod is really good, but it's not because of his footsies (which a lot of people used to upplay).

It's hard to play GG around here, I don't really know many that play it, and it's one of those games that you need to put a ton of time into to get decent - which is tough for a side game haha. Still looking forward to Xrd though, should be fun :)

Who is your top 5 in this game? What character do you think are better than zod ?(this does not mean what character beat zod) We can just go ahead and get MMH out of the way cause we all know hes the best.

Everyone, most importantly @AK Pig Of The Hut and all other zod mains, let's not forget that the whole free wins argument had never been viable in the competitive scene and has always just been a cop out for lazy players. Even in a bullshit game like SSBB you rarely hear this. This is how I view things. I play NW and if this was truth there would be no representation of lower tier characters. People must understand that there is always something to be learned. It has been an extremely long time since we last played. Like pre patch possibly and they were usually heavily lopsided in your favor but I always felt as if I took something away after the matches. But that's beside the point. The community must understand that hardwork will help strengthen strategies, build confidence and execution. Nothing is free, not even in this game where counterpicking is very common.

I think part of the reason people aren't playing it is because of Blazblue being a main game at EVO... A lot of people play both from my understanding..

I was thinking of playing Testament (for the Red Reaper thing.. lol.) but I don't even know if he's going to make it into -SIGN-

I usually like playing technical characters so playing a game that requires you to be technical but isn't slow (sorry SFIV) sounds good to me.. That Gargoyle also looked hype too.

If you kan, pick up BlazBlue. I'm sure it shares some fundamentals with Guilty Gear so you kan use it to warm up and there's some technical characters in that game too! :D

I have no idea. At this moment, I think Aquaman, Bane, Batgirl, Martian Manhunter, and Zod are top five.

I was wrong about Zod being mediocre and I apologized on the Let's Be Serious Here podcast.

O yes I have a lot to say on this. Just got back from CW. Great post though.

But first here is a quick study guide to fuzzy blocking Zods trait rush down: (Low, High, High, Low, High). If you know Zods rushdown strings than this should be easy to practice! Once you get it down you can even start interrupting strings!
