Injustice community needs GGA 16 bit as a commentator for MLG (pending Anaheim confirmation)

Hmm, if my memory serves me right from the MK 2012 MLG season, weren't players allowed to get on and commentate once they were eliminated? I mean with that said, Bit DOES play Catwoman in bracketology where he's almost sure to face at least 1 Aquaman, so chances are it's a win/win?

EDIT: Oh and for the record, I'd say Bit was fairly civil whilst he was commentating at EVO 2013. "Good wake up by the Kitana player with the *thinks about it*.. Square wave..."

For me it's BRADY hands down.. LBSH he's gonna take the guaranteed money ... Although I wish he could compete also.

Second is Arma or Fran but I'd rather see them compete as well...

Sabin, Reo man too many good ones... Can we confirm commentators are allowed to enter tourney as well?

16bit really wants this. He's passionate about this and the game and to not give it to him would be really dumb. I hope he gets it and it's clear so does the majority of the community. There's no question he will bring a combination of hype and intelligent commentary.

LMAO. I have nothing against Juicebox but not only did he not know the game at all, his commentary came off as a little too goofy. He also seemed to think every character in MK did Cyrax damage as he yelled "this could be it!" every time someone landed a combo, no matter how much life his opponent had.

It's actually a testament to Tom's commentary that he was able to carry it on his own.

Thanks for this thread Pig and thanks to everyone who agrees.

It is cool to see so many say they'd rather see me compete with Catwoman. I loved competing at MLG in MK and am super proud of what I did in those tournaments. Part of me wants to see how far I could take Selina. However I'm ready to stop competing and go in another direction. I would still compete at GGA and other majors because I'll always be competitive at heart but for MLG I'd be satisfied telling other player's stories. Either way I'll support Injustice at MLG.

smh...same here. Nothing against him but my goodness, that guy knew nothing about MK and was the worst choice for MK commentary.

They need versatile commentators

16 bit only knows Injustice. He needs to go ahead and learn KI

I play Killer Instinct casually and follow the results. Dizzy is way into it and talks to me about it all the time. If they asked I would be down to learn the game more.

Just question his ability to be professional and unbias (Any sort of GGA member in a match). But you never know unless you give the guy a chance. MLG TBrady commentating is very different than his typical commentating at majors. Good luck.

lol, weird, I think i missed this thread, but yah,

here are my check lists when i watch streams, and why Bit fits in to what I want for MLG

1. Knowledge of the game

2. Knowledge of the players

3. Retard Hype

4. Mid match adaptation when weird shit happens, and not getting stunned by it but using that shit to build momentum and make the match even better to watch.

5. I hate him sometimes, but sometimes I love him

6. Genuinely happy for people and excited to see great results when great matches go down.

I can't think of anyone better to do it.

My vote would be TTG, Arturo, and DMS as the team. I love 16-bit and Tom on commentary, but I'd rather see them competing.
