Breakthrough Joker character specific meterless reset

Qwark28

Joker waiting room

@29 seconds - Earthshake wakeup stuffing setup

@ 33 seconds - Trade

@ 40-48 seconds - Stuffing wakeup with a different timing, unblockable

This setup can be jumped, it's a 50/50, if you try to jump joker will launch you meterlessly with a J2/d2 teeth.

Early video, I've recorded it better and will upload later.

@ 12 seconds - Same setup with 113

113 catches jumps and the 3 sends them straight into the teeth for a launcher, cannot be backdashed, MB B3d, poked out off, jumped or woken out.

In my new video I will be doing the exact same thing with a non meter burned crowbar, the video was just an early documentation of the tech.

I'm experimenting on who this works on due to wakeup timing, if it doesn't work on a few people it's no big deal, on the ones it works on it seems to be an infinite. I need to test this more.

even if he's "not that bad" (which personally I completely disagree with), someone has to be the worst

so tldr the chars with stuffable wakeups are vulnerable to the crowbar > teeth > b1 otg, even if only regular crowbar?
Depending on the character's timing to stuff their wakeups, Raven seems to be most vulnerable to this. It also helps if there's a large window before their wakeup is active so that you can choose when to stuff it to make the setup unblockable. Aquaman has a little stricter timing and is slightly easier to block from the 5 minutes I messed with him.

I write too much.
Good stuff!

I was actually thinking of something like your second video at work today, only using 21>crowbar since 21 is easier to stuff wakeups with (Need to mess with/test this though to see if it even works), but I prefer the one you found.

That first video is godlike as well. I'm going to mess with that a lot more. That opens up so many possibilities. Definitely going to mess with that.

I'm gonna make this skill gap... disappear.
Yeah, we definitely need to start exploring our potential wakeup-stuffing game more. This stuffs both scoop and rush on aquaman, so that's pretty awesome, and definitely works on a good portion of the cast.
If you didn't put glass_sword's wakeup breakdown list in your favorites, well, you're dumb, but here ya go :p http://testyourmight.com/threads/wakeups-and-you.40475/.
There is a lot of potential when teeth are on the board, but even midscreen we have some options. For instance, after the SHKD BnB, we can dash up twice and do d2 xx MB RLG into a combo, or standing 3 into a full combo. I like d2 only because it covers their jump option as well to give us a combo in the mid 30s, whereas if they jump and you do standing 3, it will catch them, but you can't extend the combo much.
The same is true for crowbar midscreen, except just dash in once.
Ugh, more to record for my guide video now...

The reason it's not guaranteed to work on anyone with a non invincible wakeup is because of the timing to stuff wakeups, if you can stuff a wakeup but need to make the setup blockable then it's not of that much use.

Yeah I'm just mentioning it because its an easy window for stuffing people off of something we use frequently. We don't have (or need) the ability to make people guess how to block on wakeup, only whether or not to try a wakeup. Once we limit them to blocking after we stuff something, it opens the door to all sorts of setups.

May just be stating the obvious, but when joker gets in, we can drain a life bar. To get there is the true task at hand. Anything that finishes with crowbar will open up our opponent. What does the Joker community feel is the best way to get there? more defensive or more offensive. Of course I am speaking on the highest level of play here. I am truly trying to figure this out. jumping in opens up a lot, but makes me get too jump happy. not taking anything away from this post, this shit is beast! Just hoping that I am not alone in asking "how do we get there?"
