comparing jamaal charles to ap is silly. but jamaal is sick.
AP carried the ball nearly 100 more times and was on a team that wasnt getting blown out every game forcing the pass. But my point was he said no other rb has had a good year after an acl tear not only is that not true but it was the same season.

I'm not saying he had a bad season, but he had like 1500-1600 yards (if my memory serves right). Which is an outstanding season for rbs in the NFL this generation. But AP was 9 yards from the all time record. 1500 and 2100 are a long ways apart lol

So is 100 carries. Charles avedaged less than a yard per carry less than AP. Charles had more yards last year than AP has averaged in his career. Charles also has a higher career ypc than peterson.

This isn't about carrer stats bud, and I agree Charles is one of the best in the league currently. Both rbs had acl injuries, one of which had a year like only one other running back has after an acl injury (deuce Mcallister I think). The point I'm trying to make is last year alone. Ap was one of the best rbs EVER last season, jamaal Charles was one of the best in the league (4th I think?)

lol trash? Rrrright bro. They'll win their division, easily, and the defense isn't underrated, not anymore. They had a terrible preseason tackling, so as of now, thats their weakest spot but they'll get better as the season goes. Nasty DL and LB corp will be very strong. Secondary is suspect. #1 offense throughout the preseason will roll into regular season running at full speed. But trash? no.
I think the whole AFC North is wide open.

Here's to hoping Browns are 8-8...

Goddamn, my team is so sad... :(
Losing Dion Lewis is what depressed me :(

BEAR DOWN!

Now that the offensive line is finally rid of Jmarcus Webb maybe the line will be able to get Jay a second or two to throw the ball! Here's hoping for playoffs!

So did chris johnson so did shaun alexander so did LT none of those guys were the same after there 350+ touch career years. My point is people are loterally predicting a record breaking year some idiots even throwing out numbers like 2500.

Lol I agree, that's just foolish. I'd be happy with 1500 next year

What's a Smarrgasm?
Broncos/Falcons (not even a falcons fan so no bias here) seems to be the Superbowl prediction im leaning for especially after that display last night.

But its all about that fantasy football anyway. Anyone else get roasted by someone having Manning and D. Thomas on the same team? I faced manning in 3 leagues alone =/

They will win that sad division. Only the shadow of the super bowl champs to deal with.
yea, i don't see the Ravens doing much more than 8-8 & i didn't realize before the season how bad Pittsburgh really was. I don't think they'd be as bad if they didn't loose Poucey right before the season started, but even then without anyone running the ball, it doesn't even matter.

17 straight games without a QB throwing for over 300 yards now, and the last team to throw for that much vs our D was............cough.........Brandon Weeden last year. There's no way Hoyer gets there this weekend. But rivalry games are rivalry games. We can't afford a hiccup like that going into the game after vs NE

I can't believe I gave a Wild Card to Pittsburgh, tho i don't think anyone predicted the 49ner's start. its still early, but from what i've seen up through week 3, I'll give the AFC Wild Card spot to KC, the NFC West to Seattle with the Bears as a wild card too.

Hey I'm all for it AK Smarrgasm :D

I'd love for the Bears to come through and not absolutely suck this year down the stretch, getting sick of the mouths on the Packer fans
