To be honest Bit I would've thought the resets would made the Smoke community more aware of Smoke's other tools, that's my point essentially, not what Smoke is or isn't without resets, but their motive to play the character.

Smoke has a ton of great tools, I agree. The thing that hurts him in the Kabal MU is that he has nothing to put on the screen that can check Kabal's dash

nobody cares to respond about your Kabal tears because you guys talk about the same problems everyone has, while you actually have good tools for dealing with other Kabal issues most don't.

Sektor could punish it, back then everyone was dead set against the idea that Lao had any bad matchups unless he got nerfed lol, which, the low hat wasn't really a big one considering it can still get +20 on hit from EX low hat.

See now, if Kabal were to get nerfed, the community would just say Kenshi or Sonya has no bad matchups either.

watch those matches again and let me know what you think of low hat, I wasn't talking about sektor kabal kenshi or sonya, I was talkin bout Lao

I watched it before I posted this lol, and I think it was one of the most overrated moves in the game. This time last year anything that the community didn't understand how to punish wanted it nerfed to oblivion. *points to Kano*

Also, I mentioned Sektor because the Sektor/Lao matchup was exactly the same pre-patch, and nobody thought it was bad for Lao back then.
