    By match-up numbers, I'd say Kenshi is the number 1 (see Chun-Li/ Yun in Third Strike or Jax/Mileena in MKII. While second has no bad match-ups, the former obliterates the cast the most).

    Yeah I agree. Since the matchup numbers are so heavily skewed in his favor, that's why he can be considered number 1, even if he does lose to Kabal (which again that matchup alone can arguably be a 5-5).

    That's what I figured. Was testing some stuff with Raka v Sektor and was beating all his wakeups with F2 and was thinking that couldnt be right...

    to get the full wakeup frames to work in training either put it to AI and bash away or turn the dummy to human and do the wakeups yourself,
    i THINK f2~spin catches ex tele,i know f24 can make it whiff somtimes
