  I have my TV and PS3 set to 1080p. But IGAU comes in at 720p. Wtf?

    Yeah. Display Settings > Video Output Settings
    
    Pick HDMI > Custom. You will see that 480p is ticked by Default.
    
    Refer back to my first post and make it look like that. Unticking 720p and 1080i makes it so your PS3 doesn't even have it as an option.
