The easiest way to think of it is with investments. When you invest 9 frames into a bank, the bank is +9. You can withdraw up to $9 without having to give any back, and you can even withdraw more but you'll have to give some back later.

Meanwhile, if you withdraw 9 frames from the bank, the bank is now -9 so the opponent can now invest their 9 frames into the same bank and take over. Its all about what you can invest into safely to keep control over that bank.

On your second life bar, you push the meterburn button and towards your opponnent when they hit you.

MB and the directional button facing towards your opponent while being hit by normals. You cant do this against specials I don't think.

Lemme think....you know how some Jax players will X-ray the opponent as they're getting up? That's kind of like a ghetto reset. It's like resetting without using a reset via surprise or the other player's input error.
