At 19 you should be able to push yourself harder. 6 minute miles are the golden ticket. For mid distance such as 5 miles an 8 minute mile should be your goal.

Yeah I usually always just weightlift, but today I tried running after my 3 hour workout and that's what I got. Wasn't sure how good that is. I know when I was in middle school I ran a 6 min mile, but when you are running 5 miles than you're not gonna get 6 minutes for each one lol
