    I always wondered this myself, it's really odd and lame.
    
    There were actually several people I stopped playing because they would always wait for me to pick someone and then immediately counterpick Kung Lao , Freddy or someone like that and I use Sheeva, Stryker, and Jade mostly lol. It makes casuals seem all serious business.
