Printing Art at Kinkos or Staples

What the hell should I ask when I go in there? People tell me there's supposed to be a specific type of ink, paper (card stock) and a finish to print it on, something called Matte.

Will it be under plexi glass? If so, at Staples they have this semi gloss type of paper that has a slight texture to it, I think its called "HP insta dry."

Yeah it will be, but I've been told don't get gloss as it'll have air bubbles or something.

Yeah, high gloss under plexi glass doesn't look as good. This stuff is pretty durable even without plexi glass over it, that's why I recommend it. I'm sure Matte would look good too.

Karried, how did you get your custom art? I have a outline template saved on photo shop but any image I find on the Internet is way too small.
