Well, this confirmed what I already knew (suspected) about EX-Knives not having any advantage on block. I dropped trying to use that and instead use it for its faster recovery.

I'm confused on something if 3 = 18 then how can 3,3 = 6? Am I reading something wrong? Is it supposed to be 3,3 = 24?

Despite everything else being painfully slow, 2,1,2 is neutral on block as I suspected, interesting. (very little experience against committed Kano players)

Ugh. No advantage on block and EX knife is -3 on block. Choke is even negative on block, wtf. Okay, I think it's official now, Kano sucks.

yep. Choke should be 0. That would give him a chance to build meter safely on block strings. b1,1,2~choke would build a good deal while allowing him to mix up afterward.
Kano is an X-ray character... and simply having the thread of 41% coming off makes people jump a lot... which gives him great advantage.
He just needs his normal bnb's to do more damage. he would play more like Kitana than Freddy.

The problem is, Jax is also an xray character, except not only does he get that meaty grab xray he also gets corner resets that can take your entire life. Not to mention his pressure, better tools and viable armor. Kano needs more than just his bnb's getting bigger damage, B2 needs to be faster, he needs his old knives back, there needs to be a 100% reliable means to do EX horizontal ball and get the armor without the charge (lazy ass NRS). Choke should be neutral on block, he needs at least one string that's advantage on block, EX knives SHOULD be advantage on block even if it's by a small amount. I had my suspicions about how bad his frame data was and it's very unfortunate but he has nothing that I feel he excels at anymore, or is all that viable, period.

I dont think NRS acctually know the frame data for characters themselves if the knew why would they have a character like this?

My god kano sucks ass i knew it, WTF is up with 18 frames on 3?

They really just like fucking with kano seriously. His choke and air toss are fucking pointless now and he really doesnt have any setups. :(
