Krayzie

I'm trying to get as much match-up experience for the tier list. And hopefully some free time to write a guide after I'm done exploring her. I have her 90% where I want right now. I still feel there are some new things to be explored.

I'd be glad to discuss, I've quite some juice up here now.

For example, Jax is not the character you want to stay close in on. Take that distance advantage and don't use all your meter on boomerang pressure. Instead keep him guessing with the b2 f2 sweep mixup , with the known scenarios. Use sweep on him more, it's golden. Have him thinking about rushing you down and when he uses a special, punish.

And let's pester NRS until they buff her damage to where it has to be, at the VERY LEAST.
But she needs some tools like 3 being a hitconfirmable low and 122 ending up overhead and safe on block.

I wouldn't recommend this on most characters. Jade is a character that requires sweep distance spacing, and I'll add all of her best moves that leave her in that position when I write the guide.

Also, after a lot of analyzing, I feel like the one thing that Jade does need, is damage. Otherwise, she is fine.

Still a complicated character to pick up, but pretty worth it if I can take a significant amount of life. I want a nice BNB... lol

"Epic" in dictionary = Krayzie playing with Jade.

That pressure d3, d4, Staff...
Just think about Jax Match... you could try more zoning... he really figured your game at some point.

lol... Espio872... you´re the first one i see who play the same Chars as me. It´s so common Stryker and Jade players?

Really nice matches with Jade. I hate the Jax MU a lot, I just zone the hell out of him. He can try those ground pounds and purple waves from full screen, I'll be flashing and Up3 (airborne) the entire time. Don't come to him without purple glow, make him come to you, same applies to Liu Kang, Sonya and Cage. :)

Also you are correct, she needs her original damage from day 1 before it got nerfed. Looking at those air to air attacks with Jade getting measly 13% makes me grin with disappointment. The amount of meter she spends on Ex Boomerangs does not reap her the damage reward from getting in. If she gets fixed, hopefully damage output increase and Up3 restoration I'll be happy.

If he gets cautious and baits your boomerang, use the midscreen outside sweep distance mixup where he won't know whether you'll b2 or db2 his ass. Priceless.

Yes. All matches I record for YouTube are from offline sessions at my apartment.
Well you clearly outskilled your opponent there, which is really great and you know Jade pretty well from the looks of it, but he should go and do some training too because he was pretty much helpless against you and Scorpion Vs Jade is NOT in Jade's favor. It would help your game too imo, if he went and improved so you can fight a harder opponent.

I've said it once and I'll say it again, her overheard needs to hit people out of the air.
In that match Krayzie against Tyrant, it went through Jax a few times and allowed him to jumpkick you.

Good matches Krayzie, just wondering why people use EN low boomerang and EN "anti-air" boomerang when bringing the pressure. You can't combo of it when it hits, it just seems that the normal boomerang is so much better.
I gotta learn to use EN glow, it's so good against characters like Jax and Johnny when they are overwhelming you with pressure.
