Is her schtick gonna be that you spend half meter to get her out and mounted, then gain access to her abilities? Kind of a spin on needing to get Shujinko out and charged first before use.

I wonder if she's gonna be just like Ferra/Torr where she's always on your back, as a cosmetic. And she only comes off for assists, but falls on her back when hit just like in MKX (and maybe even bring back that goofy back-n-forth run animation to get to point char's back again).

And, if that's the case..... they should make Puggles a future kameo

Such an awesome Scorpion costume!!! I've always loved the 1995 ninja costumes and have wanted them in a game. Sometimes simple is just better. I hope the other ninja type characters get them as well.

That said the nose part of the mask is too high on the face, probably just from the camera angle tho cause it looks fine in game

Dude, it's fun. Who gives a fuck. I adore Ferra/Torr in MKX, but I also want Ferra to ride on Geras' back more than I want their precious lore preserved

I like the functionality and uniqueness of her being on someone's back vs accurate lore that doesn't matter in this particular game at all and it be a big body lackey. Having said that, a big body Kameo with a command grab would certainly spice things up

I miss Torr, but hey, if I can turn Tanya into Torr 2.0 (Tornya? Tanyorr?), I'll be happy enough.

Didnt care for Scorpion since MK9, but that skin is making me play him again. Looks amazing!

My heart says Kintaro, but I'd much rather have him as main roster

All i'm saying is buff Goro's Low Grab and make it a true grab

Scorpion has so many good options for skins imo:
Union of Light Scorpion if you want that Hanzo sort of feel
Order of Darkness Scorpion if you like the angry spectre
UMK3 Scorpion for the classic enjoyers
Deadly Alliance Scorpion for those midway enjoyers
Now we have Movie Scorpion

But his gameplay is still pretty rough even with the new string. Must feel weird for his fans.

Huge missed opportunity to not have the spear be the weird snake thing. At least have it shaped like it, it doesn't need to actually animate like it

We've had absurd physics defying moves and fatalities since mk92, have you been complaining about the lore implications of that for the last 30 years? Actually 30 years to get those costumes in a game.

Honestly feels like until mkx-ish, NRS was insecure about the movie's influence. Never used the theme song until mk11, never did any movie based outfits, etc. Then the dam burst and they just started referencing it all the time in the last 3 games, to the point of literally making Cary Tagawa canon, lmao. Even mk1 Shang is clearly based on his performance so that's not going away.

I love it. That movie is iconic and a part of the franchise's dna.
